By accessing and using Haus Search ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Haus Search for your personal property search needs, subject to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account and updating your profile.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two factor authentication when available.
Users can only be a member of one active Haus Search at a time. To join a different Haus Search, you must leave your current one.
If you are the owner of a Haus Search, you must transfer ownership to another member before you can leave or delete the search.
By inviting another user to your Haus Search, you acknowledge that you trust that user with access to all property leads, notes, images, and discussions within the search.
You retain ownership of all content you create, including property lead notes, comments, tags, and uploaded images. By creating content within a Haus Search, you grant other members of that search permission to view and use that content for the purpose of the property search.
When you link to external property listings, you represent that you have the right to share such links and that the links do not violate any terms of service of the external website.

When uploading images, you agree that files must not exceed the specified size limits and must be in accepted formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP).
You represent that you have the right to upload and share any images, and that they do not infringe on the rights of others.
While we implement security measures, we do not guarantee data recovery. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information. We are not liable for loss of data due to user error, service interruption, or other technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
Haus Search is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload. We do not endorse, monitor, or control user generated content.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms of Service.
You can terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that violates the law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Haus Search regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
